Established in 1986, for 20 years the company has endeavoured to build a reputation for being at the top of the Property Management business. In February 2006 the previous Directors retired and the company was taken over by Jean and Julian Canham.

Jean has been involved in Property Management since 1996, first working for other companies and then starting her own portfolio about seven years ago. From small beginnings she continued to grow the company whilst still working full time elsewhere, until February 2006 when she and Julian  purchased Tarrants Property Services Ltd.

Jean, Julian and the team are geared towards providing a first class service to Landlords and Tenants alike and have already increased their portfolio by 50% since taking over the company earlier this year.

Their aim is to continue to grow without compromising quality of service.
